The client is a white label company and will send the hired candidate to one of his clients.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone online chat enquiries and questions from new and existing customers
- Responding to customer emails
- Looking up customer order details from internal CRM
- Processing refunds and other customer requests according to internal procedures
