Upper GI Endoscopy: With Biopsy Foreign Body Removal PEG
Small Bowel Biopsy
Lower GI Endoscopy
Sigmoidoscopy: Flexible
Colonoscopy wit Biopsy & Excision of Polyp
Lab and XRay onsite
No. of Exam Rooms: 3
EMR: Epic
Other Info:
Must be comfortable in Neonatal ICU cases
Hospital Privileges required: Yes
Temporary Privileges available: Yes
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Active WA License or IMLC
