Job Description
We are seeking a talented Mid Data Analyst to join our client s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset proven experience in data analysis and proficiency with Azure R Python and SQL. This role is crucial in helping us drive datadriven decisions and optimize our business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and insights that support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Data Management:
- Manage and optimize data pipelines ensuring data integrity and availability for analysis.
- Work with data engineering teams to ensure seamless data integration and automation.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company and industry standards.
- Technical Expertise:
- Utilize Azure cloud services for data storage processing and analysis.
- Employ statistical tools and techniques using R and Python to perform complex analyses.
- Develop and implement predictive models and algorithms to support business initiatives.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into datadriven solutions.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to nontechnical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to support datarelated projects and initiatives.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or a related field will be advantageous.
- Relevant certifications.
- 35 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure for data management and analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of R and Python for data wrangling statistical analysis and modelling.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and frameworks.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience in utilizing LLM models will be beneficial.
- Experience in the consulting or professional services industry is a plus.
