We are currently working with a highly regarded international school in Brussels seeking a highly motivated and experienced IB Diploma Programme (DP) Mathematics Teacher to join a dynamic faculty. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and learning with a deep understanding of the International Baccalaureate (IB) DP framework and a commitment to fostering a stimulating challenging and supportive learning environment. You will be responsible for delivering highquality instruction in Mathematics preparing students for the IB DP exams and supporting their overall academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan prepare and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in line with the IB DP Mathematics curriculum (Analysis and Approaches/Applications and Interpretations).
• Monitor assess and report on students progress providing constructive feedback to support student growth.
• Prepare students for IB DP internal and external assessments including the Internal Assessment (IA) and final exams.
• Facilitate an inquirybased studentcentered learning environment.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure crosscurricular connections and cohesive instructional strategies.
• Attend relevant meetings professional development sessions and contribute to the wider school community.
• Guide and mentor students through the extended essay process where applicable.
• Actively participate in pastoral care duties and extracurricular activities as required by the school.
• Stay current with educational trends and developments in mathematics teaching and the IB framework.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Mathematics or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Full Teaching certification/license.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience preferably in an international or IB school setting.
• Proven experience teaching IB DP Mathematics (Analysis & Approaches or Applications & Interpretations).
• Strong understanding of the IB DP philosophy assessment criteria and curriculum structure.
• Experience with technology in the classroom and familiarity with online teaching platforms.
