Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Financial Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all financial operations comply with regulations standards and internal policies while maintaining strong relationships with regulatory bodies. This role is essential in mitigating risks and safeguarding the companys reputation and financial health.
Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and oversee compliance programs to ensure alignment with financial regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and audit financial transactions for adherence to relevant laws (e.g. AML KYC FATCA).
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and regulatory agencies.
- Stay uptodate on evolving regulations and communicate necessary updates across departments.
- Investigate compliance violations and develop corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial reviews.
- Train and educate staff on compliancerelated matters and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Law or related field (Masters or certification in compliance preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial compliance or a related role.
- Indepth knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards (AML KYC etc.).
- Strong analytical and auditing skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Compensation:
- Salary: $85000 $110000 annually based on experience.
