Job Description
Job Title: Fixed Income Analyst Job Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented Fixed Income Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fixed income securities and a keen ability to analyze market trends to support investment decisions.
Responsibilities:- Analyze and interpret financial data related to fixed income securities.
- Monitor and report on market trends economic conditions and credit ratings.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast market performance.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
- Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with other analysts and portfolio managers to optimize investment strategies.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in fixed income analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis software (e.g. Bloomberg Excel).
- Strong understanding of bond markets interest rate risk and credit analysis.
- Excellent analytical communication and presentation skills.
- CFA designation or progress toward it is a plus.
- Salary range: $70000 $90000 per year depending on experience.
