Your missions
As and HRBP you will be in charge of:
Management of all aspects of the employee lifecycle: onboarding mobility performance evaluation career development learning & development initiatives offboarding;Business partnering: Understand and translate business objectives into people and communications priorities. Advise and coach business leaders and actively contribute to manage team discussions.Serving as the primary point of contact for both employees and managers handling HRrelated inquiries;Employee Engagement: Lead the engagement agenda manage engagement surveys and support managers in enhancing employee engagement.Contributing to the design and implementation of the people agenda and HR strategic plan; Dealing with individual specific issues including contact with ministries and governmental bodies;Handling performance anddisciplinary issuesSupporting the Executive Management in reporting activities related to analytical reports HR KPIs financial data regulatory requirements and training initiatives;Continuous improvement of the HRIS;Your ideal profile
- Proven experience as a HR Business Partner in a multicultural and multinational business environment
- Excellent influencing and communication skills
- Diverse experience in coaching and developing talent teams and business leaders
- Matrix working experience in a crossborder organization
- Industrial relations and workplace relations experience
- Knowledge of HR regulations and legislation
- Fluency in GERMAN and ENGLISH is mandatory
