Job Description
Role Overview: We seek an experienced Foreman / Journeyman to provide leadership construction knowledge team chemistry and safety on all projects
Experience:
- Minimum: 57 years in a foreman 35 years in a Journeyman construction role
- Preferred: 710 years for a Foreman

Location:
- The position must be based in Kansas City
- Travel Foreman no preference in where they live
- No relocation assistance will be provided.
Interview Process:

- Who Interview: A comprehensive interview exploring the candidates entire career history including successes failures key decisions and lessons learned.
- Focused Interviews: These interviews focus on specific competencies and outcomes defined in the scorecard.
- Reference Checks: Conducted to verify past performance and gather additional insights.
- Final Interview: A discussion to address any remaining questions and ensure alignment with our core values.

ROLE OUTCOMES:
OUTCOMES

1 Achieve a 100% completion rate for daily logs and twoweek lookaheads assuring precise material equipment and human allocation and timely project delivery.
2. Achieve 100% adherence to project plans specifications and company/client policies with no deviations documented.
3 Hold frequent training sessions and give constructive feedback resulting in at least 80% of team members reaching or surpassing their performance objectives for the year.
4 Ensure that 95% of team members report minimal distractions or misunderstanding in their duties as a result of effective communication and leadership hence fostering a pleasant and cooperative team culture.
5 Maintain a 90% success rate on the Veracity Relationship Satisfaction Survey to ensure good client ties for future projects.
