As a Key Account Manager (m/f/x) you will be the primary point of contact for our top brands and will be responsible for:

Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen longterm relationships with existing customers in the DACH region and other international markets to ensure satisfaction and longterm loyalty.

  • Account Growth and Upselling: Ensure successful contract renewals and identify upselling and cross selling opportunities with Key Accounts based on customers needs driving revenue growth.
  • Collab oration with Internal Team s: Work closely with our Product Customer Support and Marketing Teams to continuously enhance our solution in the best interest of our customers.
  • Event Participation & Client Engagement: Attend industry events such as the IFA event and occasionally participate in facetoface client meetings to celebrate partnerships and build stronger connections.

Requirements

Now lets talk about you:

  • You bring at least 3 years of work experience in B2B sales preferably in a SaaS company.
  • You are a passionate sales talent who is driven to succeed by building valuable and longlasting customer relationships in the ecommerce industry
  • You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written in German and English. Any additional language is an advantage
  • You have excellent listening negotiation and presentation skills
  • You have a proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • You are able to create and foster relationships across Csuite executives and build consensus among the buying team
