Job Description

Collaborate with our ambitious Development and Growth team to shape a new way of enhancing user experiences!
Tasks
You Will:
Collaborate CrossFunctionally: Team up with our product owner and collaborate with developers marketers and product managers to make Marvia the bestinclass distributed marketing software
Drive Innovation: Stay uptodate with the latest UX/UI trends tools and technologies to keep our designs fresh and innovative.
Design: Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs for web and mobile applications for our development team to build.
UserCentered: apply usercentered design and design thinking to digital products. Bring great attention to detail to all your projects and go the extra mile to turn good designs into great designs.
Requirements
- Experience: 4 years in UX/UI design for B2B SaaS software and confident working with both UI and UX even if one is your main field of expertise.
- Analytical & Practical: Able to dig deep and filter the main points from side issues and capable of quickly translating input and customer requirements into practical user flows.
- Communicative & UserCentric: you are passionate about your craft and capable of working across multiple tasks encompassing multiple teams with various priorities.
- Detailoriented & Consistent: Have a keen eye for an attractive design and Work from best practices and a component library.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma and Miro is required bonus points if youve worked with templating guidelines or DAM tools.
- Educated: Bachelors or Masters degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English ; Dutch is a plus
