Job Description
Finance Assistant. Caresolve
- £26000 per annum
- 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday (9am5pm)
- Location – Birchwood Park Warrington
- Reporting to: Senior Management Accountant Finance Department

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forwardthinking qualitydriven organisation that plays a crucial role in helping care home operators navigate the complex and evolving challenges of the care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Sales Ledger and overseeing credit control processes
- Handling Purchase Ledger operations and managing supplier payments
- Conducting bank reconciliations
- Coordinating payroll processing in collaboration with external accountants
- Assisting with office administration including managing incoming calls
Essential Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting
- Proven track record in financial roles (essential)
- Experience with accounting software particularly Xero (highly desirable)
- Proficiency in Excel (essential)
- Strong organisational skills (essential)
- Excellent communication and telephone skills (essential)
