Construction Director (m/f)
Group Lakhani is looking to strengthen its team by recruiting a Construction Director (m/f) to lead and coordinate our highcomplexity hotel construction and rehabilitation projects.

We are a hotel development and construction group based in Lisbon specializing in executing complex hotel construction and rehabilitation projects. We are proud to collaborate with the renowned Wyndham Hotels and Resorts brand delivering exceptional experiences that blend elegance and hospitality to create unforgettable stays.
Job Description:
- Position: Construction Director
- Location: Lisbon (with potential national travel)
- Industry: Hotel Construction
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the technical aspects of construction projects.
- Ensure the achievement of established goals related to quality standards profitability cost optimization and timelines.
- Manage internal and external teams.
- Oversee resources such as labor materials and subcontractors.
- Supervise all phases of the project from planning to completion.
Requisitos
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering.
- Registered with the Order of Engineers.
- Results and goaloriented profile with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Dynamic proactive and resilient.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Strong problemsolving and anticipation skills.
- Willingness to travel within Portugal (preferred).
- Proficiency in Project Autocad and Microsoft Office.
- Immediate availability (preferred).
