Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  
• Present menus explain daily specials and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
  
• Operate a pointofsale system and handle cash and credit transactions
  
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints
  
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
  
• Follow restaurant policies procedures and safety standards
  
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
  

Requirements

• Previous waiting experience preferred
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  
• Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly and efficiently
  
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
