$3500 Sign On Bonus! (3400 paid out within 30 days of start and $100 at 24 months of employment)

Clinical Support CNA CMA EMT or LPN Lake Mills Clinic

8 FTE / 32 Hours per week; Day Shift

The Clinical Support person is a customer and patient serviceoriented team player who is responsible for supporting the clinics by providing a variety of services for preparing and maintaining patient records preparing patients for physician other providers or nurses interacting maintaining optimal patient flow and assists with patient care as directed.
