About the Role: Were on the hunt for a dynamic Label Office Clerk to join the hive. In this role youll support daily ticket office functions ensuring smooth operations within the warehouse materials support team. If youre passionate about aerospace/defense and have a knack for logistics and data processing we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

Prepare material picks for the MCS team including expedites for urgent production needs and 100% QC pulls.

Prepare sales orders for material needing to go to shipping.

Support the MCS team through inventory discrepancy troubleshooting.

Validate material transactions and ensure accuracy.

Perform data processing and inputs for tracking warehouse functions.

What You Bring:

High School Diploma.

Experience using Oracle ERP system.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Additional Requirements: Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Bonus Points For: Experience in the aerospace/defense industry. Advanced data processing skills. Familiarity with inventory management systems.
