Merchandiser - Japanese Bilingual

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Merchandiser for distributors of health beauty and general household goods. As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

• Sourcing and Purchasing: Sourcing new products negotiating with suppliers and placing purchase orders.
• Sales Planning: Developing sales strategies setting sales targets and analyzing sales data.
• Market Analysis: Conducting market research and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Product Development: Identifying and launching new products that meet market demands.
• Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Sales Support: Providing sales support to the sales team including training and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license
• PC skills (Microsoft Office)
• Japanese fluency required
• Longterm legal work authorization in the United States
• Experience in manufacturing wholesaling and/or retail (including ecommerce) is preferred but not required
  

Salary: $48000 bonuses
