Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Data Scientist you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets building predictive models and providing datadriven recommendations to support business decisions. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to translate business needs into datadriven solutions leveraging advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Collect clean and analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and insights.
- Model Development: Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
- Visualization: Create visualizations and dashboards to present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Collaboration: Work with product managers engineers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide datadriven recommendations.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations on data analysis results and model performance.
- Innovation: Stay uptodate with the latest data science techniques and technologies and contribute to the development of new methodologies and tools.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in data science or a related role with a proven track record of working with large datasets and building predictive models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R and experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g. Pandas NumPy). Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g. scikitlearn TensorFlow) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Matplotlib).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop Spark).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
- Experience in a specific industry related to Company Names focus (e.g. finance healthcare retail).
