Job Description

Job Title: Venture Capital Limited Partner Relations Manager

Overview: The Venture Capital Limited Partner Relations Manager will manage and enhance relationships with the firms limited partners (LPs) including institutional investors family offices and highnetworth individuals. This role involves coordinating communications providing financial reporting managing LP events and ensuring LP satisfaction throughout their investment journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential limited partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all LP communications addressing inquiries and providing updates.
  • Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports on fund performance and key insights.
  • Organize LP meetings conferences and events to foster networking and trustbuilding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (investment finance and legal) to ensure accurate and timely delivery of information to LPs.
  • Assist in the fundraising process by maintaining investor databases and managing investor outreach.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and reporting standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in investor relations venture capital private equity or a similar financial services role.
  • Strong understanding of venture capital fund structures financial reporting and LP expectations.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage highnetworth relationships and institutional clients.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $100000 $150000 per year depending on experience.
  • Bonus: Performancebased incentives.
