We are looking for a Senior Cross Selling Product Developer to lead the development of new products transversal products (CAEs demand response efficiency Selfconsumption etc..) in the Iberian energy market (Spain & Portugal) while improving the existing portfolio. This role demands a deep understanding of energy regulations and pricing concepts combined with innovative thinking to maintain a competitive edge.
What you will do:
- Develop new crossselling products for Axpo in Spain and Portugal.
- Improve profitability across the current Axpo Iberia product portfolio.
- Support and contribute to Axpo Retails commercial strategy.
- Lead product lifecycle management including research and market analysis.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to enhance product offerings.
- Drive sales team development through proactive support and innovative solutions.
- Take responsibility for staying up to date with any regulatory changes as well as assessing their potential impacts within the department
What you bring & who you are:
- University degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in the energy sector
- Deep knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese Regulations.
- Knowledge about the different Iberian Markets (OMIE and TSOs)
- Expertise in demand response CAEs efficiency Photovoltaic plants car chargers batteries etc
- Proficiency in databases Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
- Experience in creating business models.
- Strong communication skills problemsolving abilities and a selfstarter mindset.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Portuguese is a Plus.
