Position: Business Development Executive
Location: remote Georgia
Employment type: Service Agreement / B2B
Remuneration: Base salary commissions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with potential clients through phone email and live chat to convert inquiries into business opportunities
- Promote and sell our products and services by identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions
- Assist clients with account setup ensuring all necessary documentation (KYC) is completed efficiently
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships by providing ongoing support and reinforcing our brand identity
- Track client activities and market conditions offering insights and assistance as needed
- Resolve client queries related to accounts funding and withdrawals
- Identify and act on new business opportunities by understanding client needs
- Keep the CRM database updated with all client interactions and follow up with inactive clients to drive engagement
- Report issues to management and work with the team to find effective solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in Farsi both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Previous experience in a same / similar role within the FX / iGaming / financial sector / FinTech
- Already presettled in Georgia with ability to work under Services Agreement
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office apps
- Ability to work under pressure face constant challenges adapt to changes
- Team Player with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work under pressure and meet pressing deadlines
- The ability to travel as per business needs
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday office hours.
