Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Design and develop realtime internet applications or highscale SaaS products with a focus on backend development using technologies like Java Golang and Python.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Implement and drive best practices within the team participate in code reviews and contribute to design and architecture discussions to ensure highquality code.
• Technology Vision: Play a key role in defining the longterm technology vision for your team experimenting with and adopting new technologies and tools to improve product quality and development speed.
• Architecture & Design: Be responsible for creating architectures and designs for new solutions while driving innovation and adoption of modern tools and technologies.
• Leadership: Enable best practices within the team and guide less experienced developers. Drive the team towards continual technical improvement.
• Problem Solving: Solve complex backend problems and optimize performance for services that cater to millions of daily users.
• Tool & Technology Choices: Make key decisions on technology stacks tools and approaches for backend development and take responsibility for their implementation.

MustHave Skills:

• Technical Expertise: Strong handson experience in designing and developing realtime internet applications or highscale SaaS applications.
• Experience: 13 years of experience in developing products with a minimum of 2 years leading a team.
• Data Structures & Algorithms: Excellent command over data structures and algorithms.
• Coding: Exceptional coding skills in ObjectOriented programming languages (Java Golang).
• ProblemSolving: Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Technologies: Experience with technologies such as Java Spring Python Linux Apache MySQL Solr Memcache Redis.
• Performance: Experience in developing highperformance services that cater to millions of daily users is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with largescale systems architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
