Implementation Engineer - Salesforce MS Dynamics

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Salesforce and/or MS Dynamics solutions including customization and configuration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements and integrations.
• Design develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards in Salesforce and/or MS Dynamics.
• Ensure successful integration with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Provide technical expertise and support during the testing and deployment phases.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including coding testing and production support.
• Train endusers on new features and functionality.
• Optimize system performance and resolve technical issues and challenges.
• Document design architecture and key processes.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce and/or MS Dynamics features and functionalities.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project success.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the CRM systems.
• Assist in evaluating new technologies and staying current with industry best practices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to endusers.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
• 6 years of experience implementing and customizing Salesforce and/or MS Dynamics solutions.
• Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of CRM functionalities and best practices.
• Proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning components and customization in Salesforce.
• Experience with MS Dynamics CRM customization and configuration.
• Understanding of data migration and integration concepts.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and endusers.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality solutions.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and technology landscapes.
