Job Description:
We are seeking a Telecom ServiceNow Developer to join our Centre of Excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing telecom service management solutions strong business analyst skills and a focus on ServiceNow platform integrations and configurations.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in customer process workshops to gather and understand telecom service management requirements.
- Prepare and deliver customer demos to showcase telecom service management capabilities.
- Lead the requirements gathering process and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design develop and deploy telecom service management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow for telecom service management.
- Develop workflows scripts and integrations with telecom systems.
- Manage endtoend deployments ensuring successful delivery and user adoption.
- Conduct testing training and provide ongoing support for telecom implementations.
- Ensure best practices and compliance with telecom industry standards.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in telecom service management development.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform preferred.
- Strong understanding of telecom operations and management practices.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong business analyst skills including workshop facilitation and requirements management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
