Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain WordPress websites that are highperforming secure and userfriendly.
- Implement custom themes and plugins to extend WordPress functionality and meet project requirements.
- Optimize websites for speed scalability and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups into responsive and interactive web pages.
- Deploy manage and maintain WordPress sites on AWS infrastructure.
- Manage databases effectively using MySQL ensuring data integrity and security.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in WordPress PHP JavaScript and AWS technologies.
- Optimize website performance and ensure responsiveness across all devices
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
- Conduct website testing and troubleshooting
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in WordPress development
- Manage project timelines and deliver highquality work within deadlines
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and standards
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of WordPress projects.
- Expertise in frontend technologies including JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 and jQuery.
- Strong proficiency in PHP and MySQL with experience in database management and optimization.
- Solid experience with AWS services such as EC2 S3 and RDS for deploying and managing WordPress sites.
- Understanding of web hosting environments CDNs and caching mechanisms for performance enhancement.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot site issues.
- Exceptional English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Certifications in WordPress development or related technologies is a plus
