Job Description
Job Description: Beauty Therapist
Location: Koramangala Bangalore
Position: Beauty Therapist (Diversity Hiring)
Minimum Education: 12th Pass (Secondary Education)
Experience: No prior experience required but candidates from similar industries will be preferred.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in English Hindi and local language (if known)
- Willingness to learn and grow in the beauty industry
Job Details:
- Working Hours: 7 AM to 8 PM (Two shifts)
- Weekly Off: One weekday off (Saturday/Sunday not applicable)
- Holidays: 10 holidays per year
- Leave: One paid leave per month
- Uniform: Uniforms will be provided by the company
- Salary Payment date: Between the 15th to 20th of every month
Responsibilities:
- Provide beauty treatments and services to clients including facials manicures pedicures and other related services.
- Ensure a clean safe and welcoming environment for clients.
- Maintain equipment and tools ensuring they are sanitized and ready for use.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of beauty products and supplies.
- Continuously learn new techniques and services to provide the best possible experience to clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate services.
