Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- CI/CD Implementation: Design implement and manage endtoend CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery using tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI or Travis CI.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify and optimize workflows to ensure efficiency and reliability in the development lifecycle reducing bottlenecks and manual processes.
- Technology Integration: Stay updated with the latest DevOps technologies and integrate new tools into existing infrastructure as needed.
- Automation: Automate repetitive tasks to enhance productivity and reduce manual intervention in deployment and infrastructure management.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform or Ansible to provision and configure infrastructure components.
- Monitoring and Logging: Set up and manage monitoring and logging solutions using tools like Prometheus Grafana or the ELK stack to ensure the health and performance of applications and infrastructure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development operations and quality assurance teams to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Security: Implement and maintain security best practices in CI/CD pipelines infrastructure and DevOps processes.
- Deployment Strategies: Implement deployment strategies such as bluegreen deployments and canary releases to minimize downtime and mitigate risks.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for CI/CD processes workflows and infrastructure configurations.
MustHave Skills:
- Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 25 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI or Travis CI.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python Shell or Ruby.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus Grafana or the ELK stack.
- Securityfocused mindset in implementing DevOps practices.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a remote team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP is a plus.
