re you a dynamic leader with a strong background in Big Data and AI ready to spearhead operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) We are seeking an experienced Business Head to lead the expansion of a leading Big Data and AI company into the KSA market.
Position Overview: As the Business Head for KSA you will play a pivotal role in driving market penetration establishing operations and fostering business growth. Your expertise in the technology sector particularly in Big Data and AI will be critical in executing the company s strategic objectives and expanding its presence in KSA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Entry Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive market entry plan aligned with corporate goals.
- Operations Setup: Oversee the establishment of local operations coordinating closely with the UAE headquarters.
- Sales Leadership: Lead the division with a focus on sales and revenue growth through strategic business development.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure proper technical support is provided in collaboration with the headquarters.
- Local Relationships: Utilize existing networks and build new relationships to support business expansion.
- Commercial Acumen: Understand local market dynamics customer needs and industry trends to drive success.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local laws regulations and company policies.
- Stakeholder Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients partners suppliers and internal teams.
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of experience in the technology sector with a focus on Big Data and AI.
- Indepth knowledge of the KSA technology market and customer landscape.
- Proven leadership abilities and a strong network within the local business community.
- Saudi Arabian nationality is required.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
