Responsibilities:
Prepare meals and ingredients according to menu plans and food safety guidelines.
Assist with food preparation including chopping dicing and slicing ingredients.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment adhering to food safety standards.
Provide support to the kitchen team including expediting and plating dishes.
Assist with meal planning including creating menus and ordering ingredients.
Ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes meet our high standards.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude providing excellent customer service.
Keep up to date with current culinary trends and menu offerings.
Skills:
Experience in food service and food preparation.
Knowledge of fine dining and menu planning.
Understanding of food safety guidelines and dietary requirements.
Proficiency in using knives and preparing meals.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and provide excellent customer service.
Experience with meal planning and assisting with kitchen operations.
