Texas real estate law firm seeking fulltime Document Preparation Attorney.
- Document Preparation Attorney will be required to prepare affidavits of heirship loan packages secured by real property condo conversions trust creation corporation formation other legal documents needed for closings and providing limited legal advice.
- Applicants must be detail oriented punctual reliable selfstarters and wellsuited for a fastpaced and volume rich environment.

Requirements
- Must be licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
- Legal drafting: 5 years (preferred)
- Real estate document preparation: 5 years (preferred)
