Job Description

A nonprofit organization is seeking to hire an FP&A Manager. In this seat you will own the entire financial planning and analysis function. You will not oversee anyone. The company just implemented NetSuite so need someone who has previous experience using the software. This position is fully remote!

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting budgeting and longterm planning

Analyze financial performance against key business metrics including profit loss sales and pricing

Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders

Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide insights on cost accounting and budget variances

Drive process improvements in financial planning and analysis procedures

Requirements

Proficiency in financial statement preparation and analysis

Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret data and trends

Experience in public accounting or related field is a plus

Knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices

Ability to forecast financial outcomes accurately

Excellent communication skills to present complex financial information effectively
