Notice: Immediate to 2 Weeks
Hybrid: 2 Days in a week work from office
Role & Responsibilities:
Lead endtoend delivery of SAP integration projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with business leaders and IT teams.
Develop comprehensive project plans timelines and budgets and track progress against milestones.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all SAP integration initiatives liaising with internal stakeholders external vendors and SAP consultants.
Manage crossfunctional project teams assigning tasks and responsibilities and providing guidance and support as needed.
Identify potential risks and issues and develop strategies to mitigate them to ensure successful project delivery.
Oversee testing phases to validate the functionality and performance of integrated SAP solutions coordinating with endusers to gather feedback and address issues.
Provide training and support to endusers to facilitate the adoption of new SAP systems and processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards best practices and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency scalability and reliability of SAP integration processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP integration with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Extensive experience working in the Food and Beverage industry bottling industry or warehouse management is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of SAP modules such as SAP ECC SAP S/4HANA SAP BW/4HANA SAP PI/PO SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) SAP Data Services etc.
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Proven problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
SAP certification(s) preferred.
