About the Role: Were on the hunt for a dynamic Property Maintenance Technician to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role youll assist with common area and inunit work requests maintenance projects and operational assignments. If youre passionate about property upkeep and have a knack for handling maintenance tasks efficiently we want to meet you!
Your Mission: Assist with common area and inunit work requests and maintenance projects. Ensure properties are maintained to established standards for all physical aspects of buildings systems and grounds. Keep building grounds and common areas clean and in safe condition. Be available outside of normal business hours for apartment turnovers and general building emergencies.
What You Bring: Familiarity and ability to use common hand tools. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Must be able to lift carry and move at least 50 pounds without restrictions. Positive attitude good work ethic and customer service orientation.
Additional Requirements: Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Bonus Points For: Previous experience in property maintenance. Poised enthusiastic and professional demeanor. Ability to read write and communicate in English.
