Telesales Customer Services Support
Cape Town
Market related salary along with benefits
Our client who is a global leader in irrigation solutions for a sustainable agriculture is seeking to hire a Telesales/ Customer Services Support consultant.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Customer service processing orders handling all correspondence sell products/services processing goods returned handling customer queries etc
- General assistance counting stock assisting in warehouse etc
Education and Experience
- Grade 12
- Computer literacy (MS Word MS Excel)
- Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans and English)
- Excellent telephonic skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- SAP working knowledge
- 3 years experience in marketing/sales/customer service environment
Preferred skills
- Experience with irrigation products
- Good mathematical/numeracy skills
- Practical attitude
- Independence
- Communication skills
- Energetic and dynamic
