Telesales Customer Services Support

Cape Town

Market related salary along with benefits

Our client who is a global leader in irrigation solutions for a sustainable agriculture is seeking to hire a Telesales/ Customer Services Support consultant.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Customer service processing orders handling all correspondence sell products/services processing goods returned handling customer queries etc
  • General assistance counting stock assisting in warehouse etc

Education and Experience

  • Grade 12
  • Computer literacy (MS Word MS Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans and English)
  • Excellent telephonic skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • SAP working knowledge
  • 3 years experience in marketing/sales/customer service environment

Preferred skills

  • Experience with irrigation products
  • Good mathematical/numeracy skills
  • Practical attitude
  • Independence
  • Communication skills
  • Energetic and dynamic
