Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Salary: R15000
Location: South Africa (Working in the UK Market)

Are you a gogetter with a passion for sales and building relationships Flexicruit is searching for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. If youre motivated by targets and love the thrill of turning cold leads into warm prospects this could be your next big opportunity!

About the Role

As an SDR at Flexicruit youll be at the forefront of our business development efforts. Your primary focus will be identifying and engaging with businesses in the UK market that are looking for recruitment services. Youll set up meetings qualify leads and nurture relationships with potential clients. This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives on building rapport and delivering value to clients paving the way for successful partnerships. Your work will lay the foundation for our sales team to convert leads into longterm business relationships.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8:30 am 5:00 pm (UK Time)

Key Duties

  • Identifying potential clients in the UK market through research and cold outreach
  • Qualifying leads and setting up meetings for the senior sales team
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and leads in the CRM
  • Nurturing relationships with potential clients through consistent followup
  • Providing an overview of Flexicruits services and pitching our value proposition
  • Collaborating closely with senior consultants to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales or business development role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven attitude
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a targetoriented environment
