Roles and Responsibility

We are seeking planners who excel in game design particularly for new development and operation titles to welcome new talents who will take on the core of the 4th division. We anticipate individuals who can lead from the position of part leaders to leaders of planners.
Specific duties include:
- Designing games with advanced core elements
- Specification creation and implementation progress tasks
- Overall planning or coordination of progress for assigned parts
As a candidate for game director or specialist in game creation you will be able to participate as a core member of game design in new titles (including global titles and titles using the Gaas model) and largescale titles. You will take on tasks with authority and responsibility as a leader.
Minimum Requirements
- English here
- Experience as a lead planner (from part leader to leader of all planners)
- Total leadership experience of at least 3 years
- Experience in creating ingame specifications or designing game content
Preferred Requirements

- Operational skills such as numerical analysis and policy design
- High expertise in trends within the gaming industry
- Experience in consumer and PC game development
- Experience in the development and operation of titles using the GaaS model
- Experience in the development and operation of games targeted for the global market

Annual Salary:TBA JPY Based on experience ability and previous work experience
