Responsible for coordinating with remote or local candidates throughout the interview process including scheduling interviews.
Create Job posts across all sources
Take lead in Recruiting developers for technical roles.
Join company at conferences and events to recruit talent.
Perform in depth assessment interviews for csuite candidates. Do reference checks and verify prior employers.
Screen candidate applications and due diligence
Prepare Send Organize & Maintain offer letters to new Employees
Develop training materials and tutorials to new team members
Schedule & coordinate logistics for all recruiting events
Required Skills :
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Creative and efficient problem solver
Flexibility high energy and a positive attitude
Previous experience in a Talent Recruiting or Human Resources department is preferred
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR systems and social media is preferred
Bonus :
Previous role as an HR Manager at a technology/software company
Previously worked for a Recruitment or Talent Agency
Experience with Blockchain and/or Ethereum
