General Farm Workers East Anglia Salary to 29,000 per annum overtime Accommodation Available

The Job:
Due to retirement, we have an exciting opportunity for 2 General Farm Workers, based on a family run fruit farm in East Anglia, producing a range of soft and top fruit.
If you have previous experience of either growing under glass, or orchard experience and are looking to further develop your skills and earning potential, we want to hear from you.
Further training and career development opportunities will be offered for the successful candidates.
This is a full-time position, with a 40-hour contract, plus overtime available and accommodation on site.

The Candidate:

• Previous Experience in soft or top fruit.
• Spraying certificates would be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and quality conscious.
• Great work ethic.

The Package:

• Basic salary 24,000 27,000 Dependent upon the level of experience
• 40 Hour contract Overtime at time and a quarter.
• Ongoing training.
• Accommodation Available on site.
