CTC: Up to 5 LPA
Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and experienced Gold Loan Officers to join our esteemed bank. As a Gold Loan Officer you will be responsible for:
- Client Acquisition: Sourcing and acquiring new clients through the open market to expand our gold loan portfolio.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Loan Processing: Evaluating loan applications and processing gold loans in compliance with the bank's policies and guidelines.
- Market Analysis: Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Sales Targets: Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the bank Requirement
- Proven experience in the gold loan sector.
- Strong sales and marketing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of local markets in the specified locations.
