Job Description
Position: Spa Therapist
Position Overview As a Spa Therapist at Sunway Wellness you will be responsible for providing professional and engaging wellness therapies and massage treatments to our guests. You will follow Standard Operating Procedures(SOP) of Sunway Wellness.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Goal Being a Therapist main goal is to provide every guest with a great experience and to provide a relaxing atmosphere.
- Behaviour Caring positive attitude to Guests.
- Skills Performing different types of massages beauty treatments and wellness therapies.
- Record Keeping Maintaining detailed records of massages treatments and therapies performed on each spa guest.
- Communication Communicating with guests during massages to adjust massage techniques as required.
- Problem Solving Resolving guest complaints and reporting any accidents to the supervisor.
- Spa Arrangement Arrange work station like Bed Treatment room and drapes Towels Bathrobes etc.
- Consultation
- Explaining massages treatments and therapies to guests and providing suitable recommendations as needed and upsell when appropriate.
- Obtains the basic medical history for the guest assesses any problems or conditions and suggest appropriate Therapy based on current Health of Guest
- Inventory Monitor stock levels of Oils and Creams and ensure that par stock levels are maintained at all times.
- Ethos Ensure high standards of service is maintained throughout the spa facility.
