The International Potato Center (CIP) is seeking one proactive and responsible Trainee from Administration Finance or related careers to be part of the Campus Shared Services team.

About CIP: CIP part of the One CGIAR global research partnership is committed to transforming food land and water systems amid a climate crisis.

The position: This position will be based in HQLima Peru and will report directly to the Campus Shared Services Officer.

• Support administrative activities
  
• Management of statistics reports BI
  
• Use of the OCS system (payments requisitions purchase orders)
  
• Logistics for national and international travel
  
• Requirements for local transportation packages and material shipment
  

Requirements

What are we looking for

• Graduated from Administration Finance or related studies.
  
• Proficient in statistical tools and Power BI
  
• Intermediate/Advanced level of English
