Job Description

Senior Director PMO

San Diego CA. Direct Hire.

150180k

The Senior Director PMO is an onsite/hybrid position reporting to the CSuite. The ideal candidate will have a healthcarerelated experience with RCM exposure and strong project management skills.

Key responsibilities include fostering a teamoriented and analytical approach to problemsolving; building trust and encouraging open communication; championing change; leading continuous improvement initiatives; ensuring accountability through postimplementation measurements; and advocating for Lean Six Sigma principles. Experience managing offshore teams and strong leadership skills are highly valued. The position involves overseeing a team of 810 product owners and project management staff with occasional travel required in the initial months.

Responsibilities: The Senior PMO will manage product owners and all PMS will report to them. The role may involve travel a few times per week in the first few months.

Excellent communication skills
Experience leading Continuous Improvement teams
Strong advocate for Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt certified preferred but Green Belt is acceptable)
Offshore team experience is a plus
Strong leadership skills to manage a team of 810 people
Revenue Cycle Management and Continuous Improvement are critical
