• Provide regular updates and feedback to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
  
• Collaborate with senior consultants to develop effective search strategies and solutions
  
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of candidate interactions and progress
  

Requirements

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or related field
  
• 25 years of experience in executive search talent acquisition or recruitment
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms
