Job Summary:
The Content Creator with Graphic Design Expertise will be responsible for creating compelling and visually engaging content that promotes the construction firm s brand projects and services. This role requires a blend of creativity industry knowledge and technical skills in graphic design to produce content across various platforms including social media websites and print materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
o Develop and produce highquality written visual and multimedia content that aligns with the firm s brand and marketing strategies.
o Write and edit articles blog posts project case studies and other forms of written content relevant to the construction industry.
o Collaborate with project managers engineers and architects to create accurate and informative content showcasing ongoing and completed projects.
Graphic Design:
o Design and produce marketing materials including brochures presentations infographics and banners.
o Create visual content for social media platforms ensuring consistency with the firm s branding and style guidelines.
o Develop and maintain templates for internal and external communications.
o Enhance visual content with the use of constructionrelated imagery blueprints and diagrams.
Digital Marketing:
o Manage and update the firm s website and social media profiles with fresh and engaging content.
o Work closely with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns including email newsletters social media posts and online ads.
o Track and analyze content performance metrics to optimize future content strategies.
Collaboration & Communication:
o Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and plan content strategies that align with business goals.
o Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure content meets the needs of different departments.
o Stay uptodate with industry trends construction technology and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
o Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Graphic Design or a related field.
o Minimum of 23 years of experience in content creation and graphic design preferably within the construction engineering or architecture industry.
o Proven experience in creating both written and visual content for a professional audience.
o Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) or similar tools.
o Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to produce clear concise and engaging content.
o Knowledge of construction terminology and an understanding of the construction process.
o Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools. o Basic knowledge of video editing is a plus.
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This position may involve both office work and onsite visits to gather content requiring adherence to safety protocols at construction sites
