Role
As a Senior Java Developer you will utilize your extensive Java programming skills and expertise to design and develop robust and scalable applications. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams provide technical leadership and contribute to the entire software development life cycle. With your deep understanding of Java technologies and frameworks you will ensure the delivery of highquality solutions that meet the project requirements and adhere to coding standards.

We are located in Austin (USA) Singapore and Hyderabad (India).

Requirements
Following are high level responsibilities that you will play but not limited to:
- Design and development of RESTful Web Services.
- Design and development of RESTful Web Services.
- Hands on database experience (Oracle / PostgreSQL / MySQL /SQL Server).
- Hands on experience with developing web applications leveraging Spring Framework.
- Hands on experience with developing microservices leveraging Spring Boot.
- Knowledge in Application Server Tomcat.
- Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins).
- Strong believer and follower of agile methodologies with an emphasis on Quality & Standards based development.
- BTech computer science or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Java/J2EE technologies
- Experience in building back in API using Spring Boot Framework Spring DI Spring AOP
- Real time messaging integration using Kafka or similar framework
- Experience in at least one database: Oracle SQL server or PostgreSQL

What you ll do Following are high level responsibilities that you will play but not limited to: Pitch in a technology services value proposition to companies in US, EMEA & India Identify the organizations (software vendors, enterprises) that are likely to be our customers via smart and innovative market research & industry intelligence Identify relevant stakeholders in prospective organizations leveraging established tools & techniques Be part of the sales pursuits process and accelerate the process of turning the `lead into a strategic customer via market intelligence and industry research Conduct smart campaigns based on the season and theme to various prospect markets across the globe to generate new leads. Qualify the prospects and identify potential opportunities Do regular follow-ups with prospects that show interest in our products and services Schedule tele-con/meetings for the sales team with prospects Coordinate with the Sales Team to schedule pre-sales discussions and, ensure smooth communication between prospects and the sales team. Should be flexible to work in shifts What you ll bring Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong client relationship skills Passionate towards Marketing/ Sales, willing to take on challenges and meet targets consistently Graduate in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing will be preferred Passing percentage of 65% and higher Inquisitiveness to do industry research & market intelligence to generate leads Hunger to grow at a rapid pace and help grow the organization Good time-management and multi-tasking skills Self-starter, ability to work with senior leadership with little or no guidance Positive and a can-do attitude We offer excellent performance-linked incentives to high performing individuals.
