Job Description
- Highly sought after NSW Government Organisation
- Up to $410.00 per day plus Super
- Hybrid work setup in Burwood
Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Recovery at Work Advisor to join their team.
This role is responsible for providing best practice and comprehensive case management by employing evidence based strategies to drive successful recovery at work outcomes. You will provide sound recovery at work advice and case management involving early intervention workplace assessment occupational rehabilitation and recovery at work programs for complex or significant cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective relationship with key stakeholders to implement strategies and work collaboratively towards achieving positive health outcomes to minimize costs and premiums.
- Coordinate stay at work and return to work processes for work and nonworkrelated injuries. Provide the best outcomes for injured workers managers supervisors and council and assists in driving down costs associated with injury and ill health in council workplaces.
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service with our internal and external key stakeholders work cooperatively within a team in order to achieve team objectives and work outcomes.
Selection Criteria:
- Background in Occupational Rehabilitation or Psychology.
- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement as you re required to partner with both internal and external partners to achieve best outcomes.
- Ability to maintain effective relationship with key stakeholders to implement strategies and work collaboratively towards achieving positive health outcomes to minimize costs and premiums.
On offer is a contract until 30/11/24 at a highly sought after NSW Government Organisation with a highly competitive daily rate.
