Join our client's team as a Drafting Team Leader where you will work acoss House & Land projects, they are a well known builder within the residential construction industry. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced team leader to further their career within the residential industry. As part of the Drafting Leadership Team, you will manage workflow allocation, coordinate drafting resources, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality working drawings and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage drafting team workflow and resources effectively.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with updated regulations, policies and directives
  
  
• Lead weekly workflow meetings to track progress and allocate tasks.
  
  
• Liaise with the sales department to implement designs and changes.
  
  
• Maintain ArchiCad systems including quality assurance and procedures.
  
  
• Oversee and mentor junior drafters to ensure productivity and growth.
  
  

What you will bring to the role

• Previous experience as a Drafting Team Leader within the residential construction industry.
  
  
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an ArchiCad Draftsperson preferably with a volume builder.
  
  
• Strong understanding of the updated NCC regulations.
  
  
• Ability to lead a team and drive success.
  
  
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities.
