Key Responsibilities:
- Build secondtier legal compliance management systems approve internal policies plans for the thirdtier legal compliance management system.
- Manage external legal resources regarding compliance optimize processes and enhance efficiency while reducing costs.
- Organize internal training conduct compliance selfcheck assessments and oversee the implementation of the compliance policies.
- Stay abreast of developments in the regulatory landscape inculding relevant legislation and enforcement.
- Liaise with local regulatory authorities manage compliance crsis incidents.
- Support and assist with other compliancerelated tasks.
Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Law.
- At least 5 years of professional experience including a minimum of 2 years in overseas legal compliance risk management experience (emphasis on data protection human rights and forced labor export controls antitrust antibriberyetc.).
- Familiar with EU legal compliance management policies and practices.
- Highly selfmotivated strong in coordination and organizational skills diligent and responsible with a proactive and ambitious approach.
- English can be used as working language.
