The company is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Leader based in Barcelona to lead and mentor the sales team driving business growth by consistently exceeding sales targets and fostering strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and clients
Tasks
- Develop and implement effective cold calling strategies to generate leads
- Guide team members in building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients
- Identify client business needs and align the companys products/services as solutions
- Provide regular feedback and mentorship to improve individual and team performance
- Use datadriven insights to refine strategies for achieving sales goals
- Maintain regular communication with internal teams to ensure alignment on client needs
Requirements
- Demonstrated 13 year experience managing a sales team
- A goaloriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas
- Well organized with highly effective time and activity management skills
- Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office
