- To Improve overseas merchandising teams to maximise order placement opportunities
- Fulfiling the tasks of lead time improvement for overseas production
- Fulfilling the tasks of overseas supply chain capacity planning
- Fulfilling the tasks of required quality performance in overseas production
- Fulfilling the tasks of achieving the buying price competitiveness for overseas sourcing
- To evaluate and improve overseas merchandising team and to identify the training requirements
