Job Description
- Process End to End Payroll for Managed and Seat Lease Account
- Maintains payroll records of all employees
- Ensures that all payroll concerns and queries are attended on time
- Prepares payroll reports to be sent after payroll processing
- Prepares Final Pay computation of all Inactive Employees
- Responsible for tracking Service Incentive Leaves Credit and Usage
- Maintains records regarding Loans and Advances
- Responsible for answering inquiries related to government statutory deductions
- Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience as a Payroll Specialist in a BPO Industry
- Graduate of any 4 years course
- Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
- Amenable to work full time onsite ( Ortigas Pasig )
